Small Steps in Speech hosted their 1st Annual Beef & Beer Event on June 19, 2010. The event was full of fun, dancing, music from Poppa Fuse Band, food, drinks, and lots of items up for auction held at Lakeside Manor. We had over 250 people in attendance where we were able to raise more than $20,000. Small Steps in Speech would like to thank South Jer-z Riderz for choosing their 6th annual Charity Run where all proceeds went to Small Steps in Speech. The event was held on June 12, 2010.  South Jer-z Riderz  hosted a Poker Run through Burlington County and presented us with a check at our Beef & Beer Event. We thank them for their support in helping our cause.

On November 7, 2009, Chris Schulz formulated the "Try for Speech Rugby Tournament" in memory of Marc. Chris attends college in Millersville University in Pennsylvania where the event was held. The tournament seemed like a great place to honor Marc considering Marc also attended Millersville University. The tournament was well planned, organized and a success to continue to finance children with speech and language delays/disabilities. The Small Steps in Speech foundation is appreciative to all of those who host events for our organization. Thank you Chris Schulz!

Methacton High School in Pennsylvania held an Alumni soccer game with the proceeds going towards Small Steps in Speech.  Despite the rainy weather, many of Marc's high school teammates came from all areas as far as Florida to play in the alumni game.  There was a male and female alumni game honoring the Small Steps in Speech organization.  The Methacton School District continues to demonstrate their pride in Marc and remembering his spirit through on going donations made to Small Steps in Speech.
